CrossFit Limavady's Michael Walsh and Andy Chapman give some simple technique cues for the four dominant overhead pressing movements used in CrossFit. They are the strict press, push press, push jerk and split jerk.

The lads will look a bit more closely at each of the four movements in the coming weeks.
